A: Yes, But if your order is to be drop shipped to multiple recipients, you will need to use our excel order form which can be pre-populated with all of your recipients information. However, if you'd still like to enter your order through our website, you will have to break up your order into separate orders . The total billing will be the same as if it were entered as one complete order.

A: We offer a 5% discount on orders from $2,500 to $5,000, and a 10% discount on orders totaling $5,000 or more (excluding shipping and sales tax). We also occasionally offer specials or other discounts .

A: Seasonal Availability: From March 1 to November 1, certain items that can normally be shipped by ground may require special packaging or special shipping. No charge for ice gel packs or foam packaging. Contact us for details.

A: Yes, you can! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your order will arrive with your personalized gift card.

A: Federal Express must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.

A: Many items packaged inside are best if consumed within 1 week to 3 months. Some items have a shorter shelf life. Perishability: Natural cheeses and smoked meats need to be refrigerated within 24 hours of receipt. Chocolates and nuts should be stored in a cool, dry place.
